Robot control

Control a simulated robot arm with your phone. Every verified run earns points.

Your phone becomes the controller for a simulated robot arm. You show it how to do everyday tasks, like opening a drawer or moving an object. Your runs become training data for real robots.

How a run works

  1. Pick a taskChoose a robot task at horizon.robotensor.ai on your computer and press Start.
  2. Answer on your phoneYour phone rings. Open the alert and tap the number your computer shows. No QR code needed (it is still there as a fallback).
  3. DriveHold the orange area and move your phone; the arm follows. Let go and it stops. Switch to Base (blue) to drive the robot closer.
  4. SubmitSubmit lights up when the task is done. Your result page shows the check, and your next task goes straight to your phone while it stays linked.

Runs play in your browser by default. If your device is too slow, the run moves to our server automatically; you don’t have to do anything.

How runs are checked

Every run is re-checked automatically: the server re-simulates it from your phone’s recorded input. If it plays out the same, it counts. There is no human review, so there is no queue to wait in.

  • Verified runs earn points.
  • Your points from a run count as soon as the run is verified, and go into the next weekly payout.
  • 70% of SN58 miner emission goes to one contributor vault, a public multisig address, split every week by points. See How rewards work.
  • You can follow every week on the weekly rewards page.

Try Practice controls on the phone’s Robot tab first; your first run each day starts with a 60-second warm-up. Practice never earns and never counts against you.
